General Information
The Oyo State International Agribusiness Summit 2025 is a strategic two-day event designed to drive the expansion of Oyo State’s economy through Agribusiness. It brings together stakeholders from government, private sector, development agencies, academia, and civil society to explore investment-ready projects, innovative solutions, and sustainable growth strategies across the agricultural value chain.
The summit will be held on December 3rd and 4th, 2025, at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
The theme for the 2025 summit is “Expanding Oyo State’s Economy through Agricultural Industrialization.”
The summit is organized by the Oyo State Agribusiness Development Agency (OYSADA) and project-managed by Agro4You Limited.
The summit is open to investors, Agribusiness professionals, farmers, entrepreneurs, government officials, development partners, youth-led enterprises, academics, and individuals passionate about advancing agriculture in Oyo State.
Registrations
The summit will start from Wednesday, November 3rd to Thursday, November 4th, 2025.
Registration can be completed via the official summit website. Simply fill out the appropriate registration form for delegates, exhibitors, or visitors.
Participation at the Oyo State International Agribusiness Summit 2025 is free but ticketed, with delegate access granted strictly by invitation. While general admission for exhibition visitors is also free, it requires prior registration to obtain a valid entry pass. For exhibitors, booth packages are available at varying rates. No, onsite registration will not be available. Early registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee access and preferred options.

Conference/Conference Delegates
Delegates gain access to keynote sessions, panel discussions, expert workshops, networking events, the exhibition, tea breaks, lunch, and a guided tour of the Fasola Agribusiness Hub.
Delegates can attend all general sessions, including the conference, exhibition, workshops, networking sessions, and Fasola Tour.
Yes, the summit welcomes participation from students and youth-led enterprises with an interest in Agribusiness and innovation.
Yes, spaces are limited and priority will be given to early registrants. We encourage participants to register as early as possible. However, access is strictly by invitation.

The venue is the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), located in Ibadan. Directions and transport information will be shared ahead of the event.

Interstate service: Our car hire service can pick you at any location to the conference venue. However, our services are opened to all locations within the South-West region.
Your booking is secured when you make payment. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. Our drivers do not accept cash for security reasons.

Security
Yes. IITA is an international organization with strong security architecture.
There will be three (3) levels of Security personnel at the summit. They are the IITA internal security personnel, the Nigerian Police Officers and private security personnel.
Kindly note, all attendees must wear their name badge in plain sight for admission to all areas during the Summit.
