Christopher Bielecki

Chris Bielecki is a U.S. Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), Foreign Service Officer assigned to the U.S. Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria with regional coverage for Benin Republic and Cameroon. He has completed domestic assignments on U.S.-China agricultural trade and agricultural biotechnology policy, and overseas assignments as the Deputy Director of the Agricultural Trade Office, U.S. Embassy Beijing, China and as the Agricultural Attaché in the Office of Agricultural Affairs, U.S. Embassy Astana, Kazakhstan. He has a master’s and PhD in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications from Texas A&M University. He is a native of New York and is married with two children.
